Accessibility

We want ProveHound to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We use labeled form fields, keyboard-usable controls, visible focus, text alternatives, readable fonts and color contrast that meets AA, and we respect reduced-motion settings. We haven't had an independent audit yet, so some parts may fall short.

Known gaps

  • The animated hound and the banner maker are visual tools; the same information is available as text on each listing.
  • Badges on other websites are images; they carry a text label with the status.

Tell us about a barrier

Call 1-800-481-8638 or email [legal email: to be added]. Tell us the page and what got in your way. We aim to reply within 5 business days and can give you the information in another way while we fix it.
